Desperate Houseflies: The Magazine

Feel free to pull out your trusty fly swatter and comment on what is posted here, realizing that this odd collection of writers may prove as difficult to kill as houseflies and are presumably just as pesky. “Desperate Houseflies” is a magazine that intends to publish weekly articles on subjects such as politics, literature, history, sports, photography, religion, and no telling what else. We’ll see what happens.

Business Socks

Seeing as I posted something about YouTube yesterday, I thought I'd share one of my favorite video clips with you today. It's a two-man band called Flight of the Conchords. Kind of a comedy duo with guitars sort of thing. Anyway. The song is called "Business Time."

And Whitney, since you're the only one with a sense of humor, you should watch the other video of the folk-rap crossover. He has a great line after his freestyleing: "My lyrics were so potent in this last segment / that I just made all the women in the first two rows pregnant."
